No matter your age, the benefits of regular exercise are well known. That’s why we offer a variety of terrific weekly fitness classes. Our classes are taught by certified instructors and specially designed for older adults. We offer fitness classes online via Zoom and in-person following health and safety protocols. Many insurance plans will reimburse you for fitness classes. Check to see if yours does. We can provide your payment history.

The COA Fit Club

Fit Club logo

The COA Fit Club is a monthly membership program that gives you access to all COA fitness classes during the month. The cost is $20 per month. Each Monday morning, Fit Club members receive by email the calendar of classes for the week, which includes all Zoom links for remote classes. Attend any in-person or remote classes you like; no advanced reservations are required. We must receive payment before the start of the month for Fit Club membership. You may join for more than one month at a time. We cannot pro-rate membership for partial months.

Pay-As-You-Go

If you prefer not to join Fit Club, you may pay by the class for in-person classes only. (Zoom classes are only available through the Fit Club.) Classes cost $4. We cannot accept cash in class, so you must purchase Fit Bucks for $4 each from the COA, in person or by mail. Bring a Fitbuck to class, sign it and deposit it in the Fitbuck basket.
